We don’t take chances on quality. Every respondent is screened by phone and verified using IP, phone number, and online presence checks. Only the most relevant participants make the final cut.
Confirm
You get to review screener responses and approve the final list of respondents before we proceed. We also introduce you to the moderators who will run the sessions, so you know exactly who’s representing your study.
Execute
Fieldwork is conducted with simultaneous translation, so your team can observe interviews or focus groups in real time — even across languages. You can give live feedback and ensure alignment as the research unfolds.
Report
If requested, our team begins working on your analysis immediately after fieldwork. Reporting is always customized to your goals — whether that’s a high-level readout or a detailed strategy document.
